The law firm Chapelle Avocat works with a wide range of individuals and business clients in all areas of criminal law and white-collar crime. We intervene at all stages of criminal proceedings (police custody, during investigation and before courts) and set up, in consultation with our clients, an effective and personalized defence. We also intervene upstream by carrying out internal audits on the criminal risk faced by our clients and by giving them the tools to prevent and manage this risk.
We favour tailor-made support and work in partnership with other lawyers specializing in business law, labour law, intellectual property law and heritage law in order to offer a comprehensive approach to the issues encountered by our clients when necessary. Teams of lawyers are made according to the client’s profiles and the situation our client faces. We also assist our clients in criminal proceedings abroad by mobilizing lawyers based abroad who work regularly with the firm.
